출장을 위한 해외 출국 외에 개인적 사유로 출국하시는 경우, 연구단 홈페이지에 휴가원을 작성하여 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

지원대학원생(RA)이실 경우, 학기당 7일(평일)의 휴가 기간이 주어집니다.

이를 초과하여 휴가를 사용하실 경우, 일할계산되어 해당하는 기간 만큼 장학금이 차감됩니다.

제출하지 않고 초과하여 휴가를 사용하셨을 경우 학기말에 출국 서류를 확인하여 초과한 일수에 대한 장학금을 반납해야 합니다.

If you leave the country for personal reasons (other than business-related travel), please make sure to submit the leave application form on BK21 website.

For the RA students, you have 7 days (weekdays) of leave per semester. If you exceed the allotted leave period, the corresponding number of days will be deducted from your scholarship.

If the leave request form is not submitted and you exceed the allowed leave period, the documents will be reviewed at the end of the semester, and you will be required to repay the scholarship for the excess days.
