2025년 2학기 참여대학원생 신청서 제출 안내 (Announcement of Application for PGSs in the Fall Semester 2025)
저희 BK21 교육연구단에서는 2025년 2학기 참여대학원생을 모집하고자 합니다.
첨부파일을 확인하신 후 참여 자격요건을 충족한 대학원생은 기한 내에 신청서류를 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.
현재 기준 재학생 및 2학기 신입생(예정)을 대상으로 메일을 보내드리며, 누락된 학생이 있을 수 있으니 지도교수님들께서는 해당 학생들에게 내용을 전달해 주시길 부탁 드립니다.

★ 제출 기한 - 재학생: 2025.08.22.(금) 오후 4시까지 - 신입생: 2025.09.01.(월)~09.05.(금) 오후 4시까지 (9월 1일부터 학번 확인이 가능함.)
☆ 제출 방법 - BK21 교육연구단 홈페이지(https://me.jnu.ac.kr) ➜ ‘온라인신청서 작성’ 메뉴 ➜ 제출서류 업로드 (회원가입 및 로그인 필수!) |
＊공인외국어성적*
- 공인외국어성적이 8월 22일보다 늦게 발표된다면, 신청할때 해당 내용 미리 작성해주시고 추후 성적표 제출 부탁드립니다.
- 성적표를 제출한 이후 더 높은 성적을 받아 성적을 바꾸고 싶은 경우, 이후 추가 제출할 수 있습니다.
- 위의 경우에도 1년 6개월 이내의 성적만 제출 가능합니다.(2024.03.01~2025.08.31 유효 점수)
*평가 기준 변경 사항 안내*
- - 단기연수 기준: 최대 15일, 장기연수 기준: 16일 이상으로 변동
(기존 30일 기준에서 완화됨)
- - CS분야 우수국제학술대회 주저자 발표시 1.0점 부여

25년 7월 9일 BK21연구단 운영진 내부 회의 후 변동되었으며, 25년 2학기 RA 선발부터 변경 사항이 적용됩니다.

BK21 Education Research Center is now looking for Graduate students to participate in the Fall semester 2025.
Graduate students who meet the qualifications, please check the attached files and submit the application documents within the deadline.

★Submission Deadline★ - Enrolled student: By 4 pm, 22nd February (Fri), 2025. - Freshman: Between 1 to 5 September, 2025 at 4 pm. (You can check your student ID from September 1st.)
☆How to Submit☆ - BK21 Education Research Center website(https://me.jnu.ac.kr) ➜ ‘Online Application’ ➜ ‘Application Submission’ menu ➜ Upload the application form and proofs (Membership registration and login are required!)

* English test score*
- If you haven’t received the valid English score before the deadline, Please leave a note about it when you apply then submit your English score later.
- You can submit it later If you want to change the new(higher) English score.
- Of course, In both of these cases, you only can submit the score that taken from 1st Mar 2024 to 31st Aug 2025.
* Change on evaluation criteria *
- 1. Short-term training criteria: Up to 15 days, long-term training criteria: 16 days or more
(Relaxed from the previous 30-day standard)
2. 1.0 points will be given when presenting as the 1st author of the excellent international conference in CS field

- The decision was made after an internal meeting of the management of the BK21 Research Group on July 9, 2025 and changes will be applied from the selection of RA for the Fall semester of 2025.
