참여대학원생 평가 기준 변경 안내(Notice of changes to the evaluation criteria for PGSs)
우리 교육연구단에서는 2022년 2월 3일자로 지원대학원생 선발을 위한 참여대학원생 평가 기준을 아래와 같이 개정하여 알려드립니다.
교육연구단 내부 규정 전문은 교육연구단 소개-교육연구단 규정에서 확인 가능합니다.

• 개정 사항
1. 학점
- 학점은 평가 점수에 반영하지 않으며, 지원대학원생 선발 시 최소요건 충족 여부만 확인한다. 최소요건을 충족하지 못할 경우 지원대학원생으로
선정될 수 없다.
- 학점 최소요건은 재학생의 경우 현재 학기*의 학점이 3.5 이상, 신입생의 경우 이전 학위과정의 평균평점이 3.0 이상, 수료생의 경우 유리한 점수
(수료 전 평균평점 또는 마지막 학기의 학점)를 적용한다.
(재학생의 현재 학기*: 참여대학원생 신청서 제출일 기준 학기 – (예시) 2022년 1학기 참여대학원생 신청서 제출 시, 2021년 2학기 성적)
2. 평가 비율
- 재학생 및 신입생, 각 학위과정의 재학 학기가 2학기인 참여대학원생을 대상으로 동일하게 적용한다.
- 신청서 제출 당시의 현재 학기 점수를 70%, 직전 학기 점수를 30% 평가하여 반영한다.
⇒ 2022년 1학기 신청서 제출 시, 현재 학기는 2021년 2학기, 직전 학기는 2021년 1학기
3. 평가 점수 - 행사 참여 기여도
- 교육연구단에서 주최하는 세미나, 워크숍, 심포지엄 등의 행사 참여를 말한다. 1회 참여 시 0.1점의 점수가 반영되며, 최대 1.0점의 점수를 반영한다.

As of February 3, 2022, our Education Research Center has revised and announced the following revisions to the evaluation criteria for participating graduate students for the selection of a research assistant(RA).
The overall internal regulations of the Education Research Center can be found in Introduction-General Regulations.

• Revision matter
1. GPA
- GPA are not reflected in the evaluation score, and only the minimum requirements are checked when selecting RAs. If the minimum
requirements are not met, the PGS cannot be selected as a RA.
- As for the minimum requirements of GPA, existing students must have 3.5 and over (for the fall semester of 2021/ for completed the course
students must have the average GPA before completion or the GPA of the last semester), new students must have at least 3.0 (average GPA
from previous degree)
2. Evaluation Rate
- The same applies to existing students, new students, and participating graduate students who are enrolled in the second semester of each
degree program.
- 70% of the current semester's score at the time of submission of the application and 30% of the previous semester's score are evaluated and
reflected.
⇒ When submitting an application for the spring semester of 2022, the current semester is the fall semester of 2021, and the previous
semester is the spring semester of 2021.
3. Evaluation Score - Contribution to Event Participation
- Participation in events such as seminars, workshops, and symposiums hosted by the BK21 Education Research Center. A score of 0.1 points is
reflected for each participation, and a maximum score of 1.0 points is reflected.
