2022년 2월 졸업예정자 중 BK21 연구장학금 수혜학생을 대상으로 졸업자격요건을 확인하기 위한 서류를 요청드립니다.

2022년 2월 학위취득예정자는 아래의 서류를 12월 21일(화) 오후 4시까지 BK21 교육연구단으로 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

 (1) 연구실적 목록

   - 첨부된 연구실적 목록 작성 및 서명 후 출력본을 BK21 교육연구단으로 제출(메일 송부 가능)

   - 파일(hwp.)은 신혜경 선생님 이메일(hkshin@jnu.ac.kr)로 송부

 (2) 논문 및 학술대회 발표 실적 증빙자료 각 1부

   - (1)과 같이 출력하여 교육연구단으로 제출(메일 송부 가능)

교육연구단에서는 제출하신 연구실적 목록과 증빙자료를 확인하여 학부사무실에 일괄적으로 제출할 예정이며, 제출 기한을 꼭 지켜주시기 바랍니다.

졸업자격 요건은 일반대학원 기계공학과 학과내규를 확인하시기 바랍니다.

We are requesting documents to confirm graduation qualifications for BK21 RA scholarship recipients among those expected to graduate in February 2022.

Those planning to obtain a degree in February 2022, please submit the following documents to the BK21 office by 4 pm on December 21.

 (1) List of research achievements (연구실적 목록)

   - Fill out the attached research achievements list form, sign and submit the printed file to the BK21 office. (You can send me by email)

   - Send the hwp file to Mrs. Shin(hkshin@jnu.ac.kr) in the department office.

 (2) Copy of those evidence (SCI papers, KCI papers, and conference papers)

   - Print it out together with (1) and submit it to the BK21 office. (You can send me by email)

We will make sure that your research achievements meet your graduate requirements, then we will submit it to the department office.

Please be sure to submit within the submission deadline.
