4단계 BK21 미래혁신기계기술 인재양성 교육연구단의 내부규정이 일부 개정되어 알려드립니다.
개정된 규정은 2021년 7월 1일부터 적용하므로 참고하시기 바랍니다.

1. 학기별 의무사항 폐지

2. 공인외국어 점수 기준 변경
  - 최소 요건 폐지
  - 기준 점수(TOEIC 기준 780)에 대한 상대점수(780점 미만 1.0 / 780점 이상 1.2)를 적용하여 평가 기회 확대 제공

3. 학술대회 관련 기준 변경
  - 여비는 학술대회 개최기간을 기준으로 계상하며 프로그램 일정에 따라 개최기간 전, 후 각 1일씩 추가 지원할 수 있다.
  - 참여대학원생(또는 신진연구인력)은 학술대회 종료 후 7일 이내에 국제학술대회 참가 결과보고서를 제출해야 한다. 단, 국내학술대회 및 온라인 참석 국제
    학술대회는 결과보고서를 제출하지 않는다.

4. 지원대학원생 배정 규칙 변경

평가기준	(1) 지도교수가 지도학생 중 50% 추천 (2) 배정비율을 초과하는 경우, 영어와 SCIE 논문실적으로 교육연구단에서 평가	현행(참여대학원생 평가 방법)과 동일하게 평가 (평가항목: 학점, 영어, 논문, 학회발표, 특허, 가산점)
비고	연구장학금 기본 금액 + 10만원을 지급함. (예산에 따라 추가 지원금액은 변경될 수 있음.)	신임교원이 RA를 배정받지 못한 경우 1명 당연 배정 신입생의 평가점수가 B 트랙 전체 평균(영어, 학점 제외) 점수보다 낮은 경우 평균 점수 적용

BK21-Four education research center's internal regulations have been partially revised.
Please note that the revised regulations will be effective from July 1, 2021.

1. Abolition of timeline(should be done) for each semester

2. Change of the English score standard
  - Abolition of minimum requirement
  - Provide expanded evaluation opportunities by applying relative scores (1.0, less than TOEIC 780 / 1.2, more than TOEIC 780) to the reference
    score(780 based on TOEIC)

3. Change of conference related rule
  - Travel expenses are calculated based on duration of the conference, and depending on the program schedule, additional support may be provided for
    one day before and after the official schedule.
  - Participating graduate students (or postdoctoral researcher) must submit an international conference travel report form within 7 days of the end of
    the conference. However, the conference report form is not submitted for domestic conference and international conferences attended online^a).
   ⇒ ^a) submission after the conference: Proceedings of the conference (Book cover, full list of contents, abstract or full paper), copy of
       transportationi ticket after attending domestic conference

4. Changes to the rules for applying for RA

Note	The based amount of research scholarship + 100,000 won is paid. (Additional support amount may change depending on budget.)	If a new professor is not assigned an RA, one person will be assigned as a matter of course. If a freshmen's evaluation score is lower than the overall B track average(excluding GPA, English score), the average score is applied
