1. 국제 학술대회 참가 지원신청서(International conference travel application form)

- 학술대회 참가 전 지원신청서를 다운받아 작성 후, 증빙 서류와 함께 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 사전등록비는 BK21연구단 법인카드 결제가 필요하므로, 결제를 위해서는 신청서를 제출한 뒤 BK21연구단 사무실에 방문하시기 바랍니다.

- Before participating in the conference, please download and complete the application form, and submit it together with the required supporting documents.

- Since the pre-registration fee must be paid using the BK21 research group’s card, please visit the BK21 office after submitting your application form to proceed with the payment.

2. 국제 학술대회 참가 결과보고서(International conference travel report form)

- 학술대회 종료 후 결과보고서를 다운받아 작성 후, 증빙 서류와 함께 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

- After the conference, please download and complete the final report form, and submit it along with the required supporting documents.

3. 국제학회 인정기준 확인서(Confirmation of International Conference Standards)

BK21연구단에서는 다음과 같은 기준을 충족한 국제학술대회에 대해서만 지원이 가능합니다.

- 제1저자 소속 기관 4개국 이상
- 구두발표 20편 이상
- 구두 발표자(제 1저자) 중 외국기관 소속 비율이 50% 이상 (국내 개최시 3분의 1 이상)

학술대회 개최 전
1. 직접 셀 수 있는 경우, 학회 홈페이지에서 정보를 얻어 작성해 주시기 바랍니다.
2. 아직 정보가 없거나, 수가 너무 많아 정확한 수치를 얻기 어렵다면 학회 공식 문의처에 메일로 문의를 드리는 방법이 있습니다.
 2-1. 미응답 / 알 수 없다는 응답을 받은 경우에는 '국제학회 인정기준 확인서(대체 서류)'를 신청서와 함께 제출 해 주시기 바랍니다.
 2-2. 학회로부터 정보를 받은 경우에는 해당 메일 내용을 첨부해 신청서와 함께 제출 해 주시기 바랍니다.

학술대회 개최 후
개최 후는 프로시딩을 확인해 정보를 얻을 수 있습니다.
수가 너무 많아 세기엔 어려움이 있지만, 프로시딩을 확인하였을 때 해당 기준을 넘는 것이 확실하다면 정확한 수치는 작성하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

How to check the international conference standards

We can only support the international conference which satisfies these standards below.

- The 1st author's organizations must be 4 or more countries
- 20 or more oral presentations
- The foreign 1st oral presenters / Korean 1st oral presenters ≥ 50%
(If the conference is held in Korea, the ratio should be 33.3% or higher)

Before the conference
1. If you can count by yourself, please refer to the confernce website and fill the information.
2. You can send an inquiry to the official conference mail address if you can't get the information.
 2-1. Please submit the 'Confirmation of International Conference Standards(국제학회 인정기준 확인서)' with the application if you didn't receive a reply mail or they cannot give the information.
 2-2. Please submit the mail with application when you get the information from the conference.

After the conference
After the conference, you can get the information using the proceedings.
When you check the proceedings and it is certain to satisfies the standards and if the number is too large to count by yourself, you don't have to fill out the exact figure.
